Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Nilus reclining left on hippopotamus(?), holding reed and cornucopia; L ∆ (date) in left field. Köln 2647 var. (obv. legend); Dattari (Savio) 4763; K&G 72.90; Emmett 3419.4. Dark brown patina with traces of green and red, some minor roughness. VF. Lot includes an old collector's ticket indicating that the coin was purchased from Baldwin's.
