Rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ Artemis, wearing hunting dress, standing left, drawing her bow; at her feet, hunting dog leaping to left; in field to left, ΜΙ. Burnett, Enna, D11; SNG Copenhagen 877. Lightly toned, sharply struck and well-centered. Good extremely fine.
From the collection of a prominent English Termagant, acquired, after considerable argument, from CNG in the late 1990s (inventory number 90717).
