Antoninus Pius Æ Drachm of Alexandria, Egypt. Dated RY 8 = AD 144/145. AVT K T AIΛ AΔP ANTѠNINOC CЄB ЄVC, bare head right / Zodiac Wheel - two concentric circles, the outer one containing the signs of the Zodiac arranged counter clockwise with Aries at the top; the inner circle contains the draped jugate busts of Helios, wearing radiate crown, and Selene wearing crescent moon, left; L H (date) before them. Dattari 2984; Emmett 1705; CNG 43, 1997, lot 1169 = Peus 382, 2005, lot 652 (same dies). 20.26g, 35mm, 11h.

Very Fine; some corrosion, light cleaning marks. Extremely Rare, missing from most major collections.
