ANCIENT COINS. GREEK. Aegean Islands, The Cyclades, Naxos (3rd-1st Century B.C.), AE 11mm., 1.66g, 3h. Head of bearded Dionysos facing left, wearing an ivy-wreath. Rev. [N]-A, kantharos, with an ivy-leaf on each handle, a bunch of grapes above (BMC 8, pl. XXV, 11). Dark brown patina, good very fine.
