Head of Alexander the Great (with features of Mithradates) facing right, wearing diadem and horn of Ammon. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena seated left, holding Nike in her outstretched right hand and resting her left elbow on a shield at her side, behind her rests a spear, monogram on left, KAΛ below throne, trident with dolphins in exergue (SNG Copenhagen 1089). A choice example, very well struck, good extremely fine, a superb coin.
