Laureate head of Augustus facing right, traces of a countermark on neck. Rev. The Augusteum of Paneas, the date LIC between columns (AJC II, 244, 5; RPC 4942; Hendin 1223). Reverse a little off-centre, dark brown patina, very fine. Rare.
