NOMIΣ BAΣIΛEΩΣ AΓPIΠΠA, LE (in exergue), Germanicus standing in triumphal quadriga right, holding a sceptre (RPC 4976; Hendin 1240; AJC II, 2). A wholly exceptional and spectacular example, an extraordinary portrait and a very well-detailed reverse, extremely fine and one of the finest known examples. Very rare.
