NERO CLAVD CAESAR AVG GERM PM TR P IMP PP, laureate head of Nero facing left, globe at truncation of bust. Rev. DECVRSIO, S-C, Nero, cuirassed and with cloak flowing, prancing right on horseback, holding a spear, beyond and behind him a mounted soldier prances right, with a vexillum over his shoulder (RIC 437; C 84). Some tooling, dark brown patina, good very fine.
