Charioteer, wearing a long chiton and holding a kentron and the reins, driving a fast quadriga left, Nike flies above to right to crown the charioteer, a dolphin to left in the exergue. Rev. Σ[YPAKO]ΣIΩN, head of Arethusa facing left, her hair held with an ampyx, and wearing an earring and a necklace, the signature EYKΛEI on a tablet below, four dolphins around (Tudeer 88 (V33/R60), pl. V (this coin); Rizzo, pl. XLVIII, 14 (this coin); Jameson 807 (this coin); SNG Lloyd 1403 (these dies); SNG ANS 295 (these dies)). Wonderful style, attractive cabinet tone, good very fine to nearly extremely fine.
