Artemis Parthenos, holding torch in extended right hand, reins in left, driving quadriga right / Hoplite, nude but for conical helmet, crouching left, wearing round shield on left arm and holding spear in right hand; XEP below. According to Anokhin, this early Chariot-Hoplite type is connected to the victory of Chersonesos over Olbia, after their war in the mid 4th century.
