ROMAN. Provincial. Lot of two (2) bronze issues of Gallienus from Dacia. Includes: (25.5mm, 10.02 g, 12h). Dated year 8 or 10 (AD 253/4 or 255/6). IMP GALLIENVS PIV AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / PROVI-N-CIA DACIA, [AN VIII or AN X] (date) in exergue, Dacia standing facing, head left, holding two standards; eagle on left, lion on right. Cf. AMNG 66; cf. Varbanov 93-4.

(24mm, 7.29 g, 12h). Dated year 10 (AD 255/6). IMP GALLIENVS PI[V AV]G, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / PROVINC-IA DAC[IA], AN X (date) in exergue, Dacia standing facing, head left, holding two standards; eagle on left, lion on right. Cf. AMNG 66; Varbanov 94.
