Prefix J/46. Minor sign of circulation, tiny rust spots around staple holes likely preventing the Gem UNC with EPQ designation. For accuracy PMG comments "Staple Holes at Issue, Minor Rust.". Tied with 20 other in this grading, only two graded higher out of currently 83 listed on the population report. Phenomenal opportunity.
