For accuracy we can mention minor soft fold bottom left corner and two tiny rust spots fated out at left margin on back, which likely preventing and is only limiting factor in a higher grade. PMG comments "Rust Lightened." Still, seldom offered in this higher graded form and an outstanding opportunity for the first issued P-1 type.
