Pr-111. In the name and types of Alexander III (the Great). Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; antler in left field. Extremely flashy and well centered, this lightly handled specimen serves as an excellent example struck just after the death of Alexander the Great and under the brief reign of his elder half-brother, Philip III.
