Cr-340/2e; Syd-672. Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo right; uncertain symbol to left; Reverse: Victory advancing right, holding wreath and palm frond. A RARE fraction (quinarius being half a denarius), this piece features the rather characteristic obverse for the coinage of Piso Frugi, though a departure on the reverse from the horseman motif. Quite brilliant and attractive overall for the type.
