Tupaz Jr. Obverse: Globe in background with woman holding radiant torch, standing atop skull and book inscribed "science" in the foreground; THE VICTORY OF SCIENCE OVER DEATH/(RIZAL) below; Reverse: Island cluster atop textured quasi-cylindrical object (potentially a nuclear power plant). A nicely preserved medal with full gilt surfaces that show minimal handling. The first medal of its type we have seen; undoubtedly RARE.
