RUSSIAN MEDALS. ORDERS OF THE USSR. Order of the Red Banner of Labor. Type 1 (1928). Award # 307.. first variation, with large dimple on reverse, only observed in the first 20% of issued orders. Apparently official conversion by the mint, with added suspension to comply with new regulations. Extremely rare and the only observed specimen by the cataloger. Requires additional research. Condition:. Very minor wear on high point, excellent otherwise
