Kiau Chau. German Occupation 10 Cents 1909 MS65 PCGS, Berlin mint, KM2. A scarce one-year type rarely seen in better Mint State conditions and particularly so at gem states of preservation. Of all examples seen by PCGS this lot currently ties for the finest certified to-date, with only two examples seen by NGC certifying higher. Lightly toned, with satiny luster, and only the most trivial signs of contact discernible to bound the assigned grade.
