Currently tied for finest of these elusive Japanese occupational Proofs in the NGC census, with no Proof-strikings certified as yet by PCGS. Furthermore a piece of great historical interest, with K'ang-te being the regnal name for the last Chinese emperor Pu-Yi (Hsüan-t'ung), who served as the puppet emperor of Manchukuo.
