Meiji Trade Dollar Year 9 (1876) MS62 Prooflike NGC, KM-Y14, J&V-R3, JNDA 01-12. A considerably elusive and well-sought three-year type, which though often seen with a slightly Prooflike finish when located in Mint State, rarely has a bold enough level of surface reflectivity to merit the designation from the grading services. This is one of only a small handful certified to-date with this designation, and the second such example we have offered.
