Rama IX gold 100 Baht ND (1951) MS63 NGC, KM2, Fr-B2. Struck with the Garuda emblem and fineness in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Regulation of 1951, which gave bond holders the option to be repaid in gold coins or gold bars. Very well-preserved with minimal stacking friction over satin surfaces. Fully choice, and rarely encountered so nice, due largely to the incipient melting and stacking in bank vaults and bags that surely would have stemmed from their intended use as bullion.
