China Bank of China, Tientsin 50 Dollars 1.5.1917 Pick 54As S/M#C294 Specimen PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. A rare Specimen of the second highest denomination, this note is from the early 1918 series. Interestingly, this issue was dual dated with Year 7 (1918) printed in Chinese on front and 1st May 1917 in English printed on back. Well preserved in extremely high grade, this is the highest graded of two notes registered in the PMG Population Report.
