South Vietnam National Bank of Viet Nam 1000 Dong ND (1975) Pick 34As Specimen PCGS Superb Gem New 68PPQ. Created by Thomas de la Rue for the National Bank of Vietnam in the mid 1970s, this pleasing Specimen never appeared in issued form, possibly due to eventual end of the country of South Vietnam. Unusually good technical features are seen on this high grade example, which features a portrait of Truong Cong Dinh and his tomb.
