In 2008 The Royal Mint changed the designs on the circulating coinage. The Emblems of Britain, used since the decimalisation in 1971 were replaced with the new style of the Royal Shield of Arms. Both complete sets of the old and new design are in this dual set, all coins struck in Gold Proof and in untouched condition. In box as issued.
