Bust of Shapur II right, wearing mural crown with korymbos, monogram before, traces of some Latin letters left from a Roman under-type / Fire altar with ribbon and bust right in flames, flanked by two attendants, each wearing mural crown with korymbos, traces of some Latin letters left from a Roman under-type. Over struck on a Roman coin. Lovely strike on a nice flan. Original find patina. Very rare.
