QAJAR, Anonymous Civic Coinage, AH 1210-1294 (AD 1600-1878). Æ falus (9.50 gm; 25mm x 17mm). Nihavand mint. Date illegible. Radiant sun face within circle / Mint and date in Farsi. Very rare mint for civic copper coinage, active only briefly during the reign of Fath 'Ali Shah. Brown reddish patina. Choice VF.
