Watch List notes:

ROMAN EMPIRE. Ca. 2nd-4th. Century AD. Silver Fibula (31.88 gm; 67mm x 55mm x 29mm). "Vtepe" and "Felix" engraved on either side. Nice original find patina. Slightly bent, otherwise Very Good condition.
