ROMAN REPUBLIC. Lot of Roman Republic Silver Coinage, ca. 60-40 B.C.
Approximately 87 pieces in lot. Composed chiefly of Denarii, this widely varied grouping also contains an AR Sestertius and a Quinarius. The variety of types and moneyers is quite varied, and includes better items such as two Brutus Denariii, an AR Sestertius of L. Considus Paetus, and a lovey Denarius brockage. The surface quality is also quite varied, with some very poor pieces but most are quite decent mid-grade, trouble-free coins.
