GREAT BRITAIN, Edward VIII Proposed Coronation, 1937, in bronze (51mm) (G.CM283a; BHM4298), obverse, crowned and robed bust of Edward VIII right, reverse, Britannia standing three quarters right holding trident and shield, left arm extended with laurel wreath and Westminster Abbey in background; another in bronze (51mm) (G.CM353a; BHM4280), obverse, crowned and robed bust of Edward VIII right, reverse, scroll within laurel wreath and on relief thereon, 'Ascended The Throne/January 20 1936/Abdicated/December 10 1936'; another in silvered being a thin plate impression only of the obverse design of above two medals (51mm). Extremely fine - good extremely fine. (3)
