Great Britain
Richard II gold Noble ND (1377-1399) MS62 PCGS, Tower mint, Cross pattée mm, S-1656, N-1304 (R), Schneider-161. Type IIIA, with French title resumed and new ampersand (reversed Z). A very nearly choice specimen, and a rarer type from this monarch, nearly the entirety of the legends visible along the outer rims. Struck just mildly off-center from slightly rusty dies, this is one of only two Nobles of this type certified to-date by PCGS, and is only the fourth example we have had the privilege to offer.
