British Colony. George III Counterstamped 6 Shilling 1 Penny ND (1817-1821) AU Details (Cleaned) NGC, KM2, Prid-2 (different host). Displaying crowned GR in oval counterstamp on a Ferdinand VII 8 Reales 1815 Mo-JJ from Mexico (cf. KM111). Appreciable quality for an issue that frequently comes low grade, the noted cleaning doing surprisingly little to hamper the overall eye appeal, which for its part is bolstered by light orange peel tones.
