A very rare commemorative "Mint Visit" Essai with a lovely iridescence around the devices that readily reveals itself under proper lighting, and a plethora of strong die polish lines to wit. We note that we sold an example in an identical NGC grade for $2,640 including buyer's premium in our January 2020 World Coins Signature auction.
