Charles & Johanna "Early Series" Real ND (1536-1542) ◦M◦-◦P◦ XF Details (Surface Hairlines) NGC, Mexico City mint, KM0007, Cal-153, Nesmith-Unl. 24mm. Lions and Castles Transposed. Similar to Nesmith-24 in design, but with varying legends and a transposed lions and castles shield that is known for the 'P' assayer, but is unrecorded for the ◦M◦-◦P◦ variety. Despite its past cleaning, still quite charming, with a firm strike that shows excellent details within the central designs. A great rarity in the series.
