Obverse: "Sma" (abbreviated "Simon") across field; all within wreath with eight almonds; Reverse: Flagon with handle; palm frond to right; "year two of the freedom of Israel" around. Overstruck on an uncertain drachm, this well centered and rather pleasingly toned example presents a good deal of eye appeal radiating throughout.
