Obverse: T CAESAR IMP VESPASIANVS, laureate head right; Reverse: Roma seated left on shields, resting foot upon helmet and holding spear; bird in flight to left and right; at feet, Lupa Romana suckling the twins Remus and Romulus. A moderately handled example featuring a rather well centered strike and stern Flavian portrait. Issued toward the end of Vespasian's reign and being succeeded by Titus.
