Fr-265; Dup-250; Ciani-290. Weight: 4.87 gms. Obverse: King seated facing within a Gothic stall, holding a scepter with a lion laying at his feet; Reverse: Cross within quadrilobe, crowns at corner. A decently struck example of the type on a broad planchet with complete legends, though portions of the central devices on both sides are slightly weak. A handsome representative of the type displaying attractive even honey-gold tone throughout offering much originality.
