Fr-2003. Armored bust r. in a faintly defined circle, within titles Count Palatine of the Rhine, High Treasurer of the Empire, Prince Elector and Duke of Bavaria. Rv. Large helmet and flamboyant mantling tower over three shields, legend DOMINVS PROVIDEBIT, The Lord Will Provide. This diminutive Gold coin is the RAREst of three fractional Ducats struck for this ruler, one of exactly two specimens in existence today.
