S-2299; Fr-168; North-1830. Weight: 4.66 gms. Lis mint mark. A handsome original looking and well struck survivor on a somewhat compact flan, exhibiting light signs of handling consistent for the grade. Though the legends are clear and readable a good portion of the tops of the letters are over the edge due to the reduced diameter of the planchet. Otherwise a pleasing example displaying attractive honey-gold tone accentuated by light orange patination amongst the devices.
