SC-CAd43.6; Pr-P148 (Arados); cf. HGC-9, 11. In the name of Philip III of Macedon. Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; monogram in left field; below throne, Z below two struts. Great relief on the obverse combines with a fairly bold reverse on this lightly toned and highly pleasing example.
