Obverse: Laureate, draped, and armored bust right / George seated left on throne, holding scepter and being crowned by Britannia standing to left; trident and Union shield to left; to outer right, lion seated facing, with forepaw upon orb. A pleasing example, this lightly handled specimen exhibits a great cabinet tone, with a deep gunmetal gray highlighting the devices and a charming iridescence near the peripheries.
