KM-105; FC-38e; El-52; cf. Gil-M-8-39a; Cal-Type-101#888. Variety with cross between "H" and "I", assayers' initials "MM", lower arc on central crown, and old-style globes. However, it does not fully comply with Gilboy M-8-39a or -39b because it exhibits a new central support on the left imperial pillar crown. This coin is a highly attractive example of the type, with strong strike and dark gray toning that exhibits hints of warm orange in many of the protected areas.
