RIC-202. Helmeted cuirassed bust of Theodosius facing three quarters right, holding shield and spear; Reverse: Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, holding scepter and globe surmounted by Victory, foot on prow of ship, star to left. One small planchet defect.EXTREMELY FINE.
