ARGENTINA. 8 Escudos, 1832/1-RAP. PCGS Genuine--Smoothed, AU Details Secure Holder.
Fr-2; KM-21; CJ-17; La Onza-1566. Although some references suggest the existence of both a clean date and an overdate for this year, this is not the case. There is only one date side die for this issue which can be easily identified by a small bulge near the "2" of the date. As stated in Jansen, the reverse die from 1831 re-worked in 1832, hence all examples of this date are overdates. Cleaned.PCGS Genuine--Smoothed, AU Details Secure Holder.
