RIC-108. Laureate head of Nero left; Reverse: Nero on horseback right a foot soldier before and behind, "DECVRSIO" in exergue. Sharply struck and nicely centered on a large round planchet. Exceptional die work displaying a bold realistic portrait of Nero. The reverse die is engraved by an equally skilled hand with attention to fine detail. Light varied porosity. Mottled olive and black. Small edge nicks, not visible from the obverse or reverse.Choice VERY FINE.
