RIC-149. Laureate bust of Nero right wearing aegis; Reverse: Triumphal arch hung with wreath surmounted by emperor on facing quadriga escorted on the right by Victory holding wreath and plam and on left by Pax holding caduceus and cornucopiae, soldiers flanking, on left side of arch, niche containing statue of Mars facing holding spear and shield. Struck on a large round planchet with full legends and good overall details. Dark brown patina, moderate surface roughness.VERY FINE.
