RIC-742. Laureate head of Antoninus Pius right; Reverse: Britannia bare-headed seated left on rock, holding standard and resting elbow on shield set on helmet, spear resting against side. Struck on a small compact planchet, yet both legends are discernable. Deep brown patina with lighter brown tones on the high points. RARE and popular reverse type.CHOICE VERY FINE.
