CELTIC, Carpathian region. Uncertain tribe. Circa 2nd century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 26 mm, 12.26 g, 5 h), 'Kinnlos' type. Celticized laureate head of Zeus to right, without chin. Rev. Celticized horseman to right; below, line with central pellet. Dembski 1150. Flesche 722. Lanz 555. OTA 244/8. Nicely toned. Struck from a somewhat worn obverse die and with light scratches, otherwise, good very fine.
