His youthful bare head, with a short beard, to right; AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG P II F / Minerva standing right, holding spear and shield set on ground; TR POT III COS II. RIC III 444 (Antoninus Pius). RSC 618. Good Very Fine; rich old collection toning; small metal flaw before nose on obverse; another small flaw on reverse to right of Minerva. Fine portrait of Marcus Aurelius as a young man.
