Very Fine; well centered; toned over good metal; exceptional portrait on fresh metal on a generous flan with the obverse legend fully present; the reverse is struck slightly offcenter.
(This is an unusually nice example of an issue that often shows up somewhat "scudzy" to borrow a term from American large cent grading standards).
