Young head right, wearing peaked Phrygian helmet; c/m: eagle on dolphin left / [ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛYΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, trophy]; c/m: laureate head of Apollo right. For obv. countermark cf.
